~ Return and Refund Policy ~

Thank you for choosing Bespoke Beans for your essential coffee requirements. While we want you to be delighted with your order, we understand that this will not always be the case.
Please read our refund and return policy, and contact us should you require assistance with the return and or refund process.

Conditions for return and refund:

Bespoke Beans will not consider products eligible for refund unless:

• The incorrect item was delivered.
• The product is damaged and or faulty upon delivery.

In the event that your purchase adheres to the conditions above, please note the following:

CONSUMABLE GOODS:

Coffee beans and ground coffee:

• Report your concerns to hello@bespoke-beans.cofee within 24 hours of delivery. Vital information to include in your email: your invoice number, description of the damage and or faults, with clear photographs of the damage.

• Coffee is a perishable item and thus returns and or refunds is subject to strict control measures.

• In the event that Bespoke Beans delivers any item incorrectly, we will rectify this at our own cost, if we receive your notification within 24 hours of delivery.

• Bespoke Beans will only consider replacing your order if the item is faulty or damaged.

• Bespoke Beans will not accept returns when there are no quality concerns with the product that you received.

• Regrettably, Bespoke Beans can’t be held liable if you do not enjoy the flavour or taste of the coffee you ordered.

• Bespoke Beans can’t consider refunding a coffee product if its packaging has been opened or perforated in any way.

NON-CONSUMABLE GOODS

Coffee Equipment and merchandise:

• Report your concerns to hello@bespoke-beans.cofee within 24 hours of delivery. Vital information to include in your email: your invoice number, description of the damage and or faults, with clear photographs of the damage.

• In the event that Bespoke Beans delivers any item incorrectly, we will rectify this at our own cost, if we receive your notification within 24 hours of delivery.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. All returns must include its printed invoice, documents, manuals and accessories or spare parts you received with delivery.

• Shipping/courier fees and insurance must be paid in full at customer’s cost. Bespoke Beans will not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

• Please note that equipment and accessories will be subject to the manufactures warranty, Bespoke Beans cannot be held liable for damages to equipment or accessories once in your use.

• Once your coffee equipment has been used, we will not accept a return or issue a refund.

• For returns or refunds, the original sealed packaging must be intact.

• You will need to keep the original packaging of your coffee equipment for the duration of its warranty, should you need to request a replacement or spare part from the manufacturer within the warranty period.

• Once we receive your refund or return package, you will not be notified, but we will inspect and review your request as soon as possible.

• If approved, we will process your refund through your original method of payment, subject to the supplier/manufactured terms and conditions.

• All refunds and returns will be subject to the policies of suppliers or manufacturers.

The following will not be considered for refund:
~ Damage caused by an electrical surge;
~ Damage caused by incorrect installation;
~ Damage caused by incorrectly use of the product;
~ Damage caused from any alternations made to the product.

• The Bespoke Beans team is proud of our products and service that we offer coffee lovers such as you. We will always work to deliver delight and satisfaction with every purchase.
